Cooperation with schools
We cooperate closely with the Secondary Technical Vocational College in Námestovo. Its students gain work experience in the field of mechanic fitter, mechanical engineer and operator in metalworking and services at our plant. They have the opportunity to see the whole grounds, get to know business processes, work with engineering technology. For the needs of professional training the Company provides students material for free. Successful school-leavers are offered employment.
The Company enables the secondary-school and university students work experience not just in production areas.
The Company in cooperation with the local labour office offers to the school leavers meeting the set conditions for work experience the opportunity to gain professional skills and practical experience. The Company offers committed school leavers with potential and interest in work the possibility of permanent employment.
